Refund and Returns Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from receipt of your item to request a return. You do not need to provide a specific reason.

With regard to cancelling or amending orders, you have 12 hours from the time you place your order to cancel or request an amendment. After this time, you can no longer cancel or change your order for logistical reasons. You can return your order at your own expense as soon as you receive it.

To be returned, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused and in its original packaging.

To respect the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired. Your right of withdrawal expires 30 days after you take possession of the goods.

Consequences Of Revocation :

In the event of your withdrawal, we will refund all payments received, except for any additional costs arising from a choice of delivery other than the standard offered delivery. This refund will be credited within 14 working days to the account used for payment on our site. (see REFUND section).

Return costs

We would like to remind you that if you decide to return a product for reasons other than defects or damage (for example, if you change your mind), you are responsible for the cost of returning the product to us. To ensure the product is returned to us in good condition, we recommend you choose a shipping method that includes tracking and insurance.

If the returned product is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately so we can assess the situation and give you instructions on the steps to take. In such cases, Katana Buying will refund the return costs as part of our commitment to your satisfaction and consumer rights.

Proof of Delivery

We strongly encourage you to request proof of delivery and follow our returns procedure.


A proof of shipment can be proof of delivery of the package, for example a photo of your order at your post office. We strongly recommend you take a photo of your proof of delivery in case you lose it.

If we ask you for proof of delivery and you don’t have it, we won’t be able to refund you.

Damage and problems
Please check your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged or if you have received the wrong item so that we can assess and resolve the problem.

The quickest way to make sure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return has been accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Once we have received and verified your return, we will let you know if the refund has been approved. If the refund is approved, the amount will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and settle the refund. All refunds are processed within 14 days.

Personalised products are all products in the store that can be personalised with photos and/or videos and/or text. These are gifts made from your own raw materials (photos, text, etc.). These are highly personalised products. As these products cannot be remarketed, you have no right of withdrawal on our custom-made products. However, in the event that the specifications provided by you have not been respected by Katana UK, we undertake to replace your product with another that strictly complies with the specifications. In addition, if the products arrive damaged or faulty, we also undertake to replace the products concerned. You must send us your request by e-mail or post, accompanied by photos.
